Founder & Managing Director
Sajid Naseem is the Founder & Managing Director of Future Concern Solutions Ltd., bringing over 10 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and business operations.
He holds the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation, along with dual MBA degrees in Management and Marketing, and postgraduate education in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College.
With a strong foundation in both strategic leadership and practical HR execution, Sajid has developed a results-driven approach to staffing and recruitment. His expertise includes talent acquisition, workforce planning, and delivering customized hiring solutions that align with business needs.
He is passionate about building long-term client relationships and delivering workforce solutions that create real business value.
Musa Bin Sajid
Operations & Client Relations Manager
Musa Bin Sajid plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and client engagement at Future Concern Solutions Ltd. As Operations & Client Relations Manager, he focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating staffing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.
He holds a background in Mechanical Engineering, bringing a technical and practical understanding of industries such as manufacturing, maintenance, and skilled trades. This allows him to better understand client requirements and match the right candidates to the right roles.
Musa is also currently pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, further strengthening his knowledge in recruitment practices, employee relations, and workforce coordination.
He is committed to ensuring smooth operations and delivering responsive, client-focused service.
